The Lickey Hills Country Park has many nice walks.
This one is quick (about an hour and a half), has a decent elevation (about 100m), and some nice views.
It is easy to park at the Lickey Hills Golf Course (near the Old Rose and Crown Hotel).  There is the Duck Pond cafe and well-kept toilets in the golf clubhouse.

Keep to the right of the cafe and the left of the pond and follow the signs to the Toposcope.

It is a well signed path, although I walked a little further and went up a flight of about 100 steps as I felt it gave a little more exercise.
